Printing resolution
Resolution is selected per design: higher passes for fine detail and gradients, faster modes for bold repeats. [PRINT RESOLUTION / DPI OPTIONS]
Colour management
Profiles are maintained per fabric and ink combination. Approvals are made against a supplied Pantone code or a physical swatch, and the accepted strike-off becomes the production reference.
Fabric preparation
Fabric is pre-treated before printing so ink sits and fixes correctly. Pre-treatment differs by fibre — reactive routes for cellulosics, disperse routes for polyester.
Printing process
Prepared rolls are printed under controlled tension, with placement and repeat verified before the full length is run.
Drying, fixation & washing
Printed fabric is dried and fixed, then washed where the process route requires it, removing unfixed ink and thickener before finishing.
Finishing

Quality control
Inspection points cover incoming fabric, strike-off approval, in-process print checks and pre-dispatch roll inspection.
